Come in light workout attire and comfortable shoes! Please be mindful of weather conditions and bring your own water.

Make sure to have your audiobook (downloaded) and headphones.

8am - Arrive and check-in at Rose Bowl, calisthenics area

8:30am - Light warm-up exercise

8:45am - Walk 3-mile loop of the Rose Bowl

9:45am - Cool down exercise
