All day long, dym will be celebrating Independent Bookstore Day with new menu items, exciting raffles, fun vendors, and more!
dym is participating in Libro.fm's annual Golden Ticket hunt. If you find the Golden Ticket in our store on April 25, you'll win 12 free audiobooks!
For every purchase made at any of our vendors, you'll receive a ticket that you can submit at our raffle table. Prizes will include a variety of merchandise and vouchers from various local businesses.
There will be a free mini book & tote bag swap. If you'd like to participate, please bring clean, gently used books and/or totes. (No more than 3 books & totes)

Sticky Paws Bake Sale: a microbakery local to Pasadena that makes good goodies for good -15% of their proceeds go to local orgs and mutual aid. Their menu features sourdough pastries inspired by the seasons and playful twists on flavors from their Asian-American upbringing.
Lace Lit Stationery: Kimberly Kuniko (she/her) is a mixed-race Nikkei American illustrator and designer behind Lacelit Studio, a stationery + gift brand that laces together illustration, mixed media collage, and found words poetry for those who are drawn to all things whimsically cute and endearlingly kind
Under My Umbrella Nails: Rain is a nail artist that specializes in detailed nail art, gel x extensions and structured manicures. She loves to share her passion for art through creating beautiful sets for her clients and bringing their visions to life! If you enjoy the fun and convenience of press-ons, she will have lots of different styles available where you can put together your own unique set of nails!
Nana Hariri Art: Nana Hariri (he/him) is a young student artist coming into event spaces with quick caricature art in different sizes and styles. From 4 panel vertical caricatures to bigger colored styles!
